I am deeply committed to supporting you through life’s challenging transitions—those moments when feelings of suffocation or drowning seem overwhelming. These emotions can make it difficult to engage with the simple joys of life and can stand in the way of cultivating positivity on a daily basis. I understand how these moments of immobility can feel like a barrier to living a fulfilling life.
In 2021, I returned to school to pursue my true calling: to help individuals and couples work through their concerns and remove the barriers that are preventing them from living their most fulfilling lives. My goal is to empower you to make the most of your time, guiding you along a path where you can experience lasting change and growth.
I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University, and bring diverse professional experience in news media, construction management, and family-owned businesses. These varied experiences provide me with a unique perspective, allowing me to truly empathize with the pressures of today's fast-paced, high-demand careers, as well as the pervasive influence of social media. I understand the toll career burnout and societal expectations can take.
I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide our work together. As a certified yoga teacher with years of experience, I also create a safe and respectful space for you to explore yourself, fostering empowerment and self-discovery. My hope for all my clients is to help them build resilience and feel more comfortable in their own lives and relationships. Through mindfulness techniques, we can strengthen your ability to stay present, increase self-awareness, and reduce stress and anxiety.
Together, we’ll develop tools to navigate your emotional landscape, set meaningful goals, implement healthy boundaries, and work through obstacles—creating lasting change along the way.
