$160 per hour individual counseling

$175 per hour couples and family counseling

Insurance

Center Point Counseling Illinois is a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Provider and a Blue Cross Blue Shield Choice Provider. It you have another insurance carrier; you can usually receive out of network benefits.

Depending on your current health insurance plan or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Out of Network Insurance

As stated above we are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. If you have a different insurance provider we are able to submit out of network for you to help you understand benefits; however, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider and asking the following questions to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Please note we are not in network with HMO plans, but can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
