Czarina Morgan, MA, LPC

I am a therapist who works from an attachment-focused, depth-oriented lens, supporting adults who feel emotionally exhausted, unseen, or caught in relational patterns that no longer serve them. I am especially drawn to working with individuals navigating relationship stress, identity transitions, grief, burnout, and the tension between caring for others and staying connected to themselves.

I hold the belief that everything is relational—that our relationships shape how we understand ourselves, experience the world, and find meaning and connection. Therapy, for me, is a relational space where these patterns can be explored with care and curiosity, helping clients understand how past and present relationships influence their inner world and daily lives.

At the heart of my work is a stance of curiosity. Rather than pathologizing or rushing toward solutions, I approach therapy as a collaborative process of exploration. Together, we explore how emotional and relational patterns developed, what they may have once protected, and whether they still align with who you are becoming. I believe curiosity fosters safety, and that meaningful change begins when someone feels genuinely seen and deeply understood.

My approach is holistic, integrative, and tailored to each client’s unique experience. I draw from person-centered, attachment-based, experiential, Jungian, and psychodynamic perspectives. I aim to offer a steady, attuned presence—a secure base from which clients can explore themselves and their experiences with honesty and depth. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and develop better clarity and self-understanding, without pressure to perform or “fix” yourself.

I work particularly well with clients who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to look beneath the surface—often individuals who have spent years over-functioning, accommodating others, or carrying emotional responsibility in relationships. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner authority, strengthening boundaries, and cultivating a greater sense of agency, meaning, and fulfillment.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. Before entering clinical work, I spent several years in the legal field focused on civil rights and social justice litigation. This background continues to inform my awareness and sensitivity of power dynamics, systemic stressors, and the broader social contexts that shape individual experience.

I have primarily worked in remote settings and value the accessibility, flexibility, and depth that virtual therapy can offer. I strive to create a grounded, respectful environment where clients feel supported in exploring difficult emotions while building resilience, self-trust, and alignment with their values.

Clients often describe the experience of working with me as having their inner world carefully held and thoughtfully explored—where curiosity, rather than pressure, guides the process.
